I don’t think a lot of people put up their crappy sketches….I was practicing lettering on the cintiq and all these things came out.

How do you beat a villain who’s absorbed the power of the cosmic cube? It’s the Absorbing Man, the guy who touches things and takes their abilities like a super-powered sponge, and he’s touched a magical cosmic cube that will allow him to alter reality itself! There are a lot of great comic moments for those of you, like me, who love the comic books! If you are a long time comic fan like me, Jamie Superbear, than this book is for you. I put down my top 10 favorite comic in-joke moments from this issue:
- Nobody remembers the Sentry (again)
- Amadeus Cho eating donuts in the Ant-Man Helmet
- The appearance of the original Vision
- The appearance of Iron Lad
- Norman Osborne talking to the Green Goblin in his head
- The Scorpion
- Hercules doing a fastball special
- The Venom Symbiote trying to grab hold of Quicksilver
- Loki calling people puppets
- Poking fun at Superboy’s reality-punching powers
Dr. Hank Pym is portrayed in a very “Dr. Who” way in this issue. I like the direction Mr. Slott is taking with Dr. Pym and I hope he gets a cute girl companion…oh wait, he has one in Jocasta, his robot that is imprinted with the personality of his departed wife! BAZINGA! AND, ULTRON is back! Phew, that’s a jam-packed issue of awesomeness.
